The model number of most landline IP phones is located at the back of the phone. See and find the brand and model number of your phone. Some phones have this information on the side.

Click phone brand → model number → result – available headset and bottom cable

Monaural headset is used for office and call centers and Binaural headset is used to be focused on concentrated phone calls for noise environment such as call center.


Connect the headset to the headset jack of phone. The headset jack of most landline IP phones is located at the back side of the phone. However, some phones have a headset jack on the side of phone or different place. Find the headset icon or “headset” letter. If there is NO headset jack on the phone, connect the headset to the handset port- see the case on the below 3.

To make and answer calls, switching the headset into handset or speaker, use the headset button of phones. The headset button location may be varied. In some phones, to operate the headset on/off button, it should need to be programmed.
Press the headset button on the phone, you can hear dial tone from the headset. press the phone number to make a call. Ringing the phone, press the headset button on the phone, phone call would be connected to the headset. To hang up the call, press the button again, the call would be disconnected.

1). Disconnect the handset from the handset port on the phone.
2). Connect the headset to the handset port.
3). Making a call, put aside the handset from the handset holder and you can hear dial tone from the headset. After then, press the phone number.
4). To end the call, put the handset back on the phone holder.
Please make sure your handset is configured for headset use before connecting this headset into your desk phone. If the headset is not still working properly even if the headset and cable are correctly connected, we presume that you purchased the headset with wrong wired cables for telephone compatibility.
